Their is this LH pitcher of ours in AA by the name of Bruce Zimmerman that is supposedly blowing people away and has like 5 straight starts with 10+ K's

Yeah, they say he has a good Changeup, a nice 2seam with some sink, and a nasty slider. And he has good Control of all pitches. I hope we at least see him in Gwinett some this year.

Doesnt throw hard though(FB 89-91), probably why we havent heard much about him.

He's 23, so I'd be shocked if he didn't move up to AAA. 5th round pick last year with a 5:1 K:BB ratio and averaging over 6 innings per start.

He's definitely flown under the radar. I bet he makes some prospect lists before next season. Really, from the sound of it, he might be the most MLB ready pitching prospect we have. Older than Allard, better results than Wight. Control is usually the main issue with pitching prospects, and he seems to have that down.

Marlins are percentage points ahead of the Mets, so ATM, the Mets have the worst record in the NL. Marlins, Reds and Padres are just ahead of them, but everyone expected them to suck since they're rebuilding. The Mets thought they had a contender and got off to an 11-1 start.

They have the worst winning percentage of all time for a team that was once 10 games over .500.
