By far Newks most impressive start of his career. Best pitch wasnt there and he still found a way.

And only one walk.

Good things happen when you have movement and can throw strikes.

He got hurt and got roughed up a bit his last start, but had been on a roll before that.

Teheran isn't an ace, and never has been, but if Newcomb, Folty or Soroka can be an ace, Teheran is still a good third option.

His contract is fairly team friendly, and we'd be selling low.

But, you should still be a nice option off the bench.

Kind of like Preston Tucker. I like them as bench pieces. Don't/didn't like them as starters holding up clearly better players.

Guys.

We're 3 outs away from being in first place in May.

Not getting ahead of myself, but you have to enjoy the ride however it ends up.

This team just has a different feel to it.

I know there will be slumps along the way, but I think this team can bounce back from them.

Remember last season when we fought the entire first half just to get to .500, and then got there when we swept the Dbacks right after the All Star break, but then it fell completely apart right afterwards?

That was the most frustrating season of my lifetime.
