At least when Julio doesn't have it, he still battles and guts it out. Newk just melts down.

I really don't see him as having a future with this team.

I'd include him as part of the package to get Realmuto. It'd be perfect for Newk too. Big ball park with a roof and climate control.

This is the deep south, we don't need a weak minded pussy pitcher that needs perfect conditions and an extra day of rest to be effective.

And one that can't even hold runners.

Julio was one batter away from having a good start last night and he's been on a pretty good role. I'd take Julio over Newk down the road and in the playoff rotation.

I can't imagine how bad this pussy would melt down in a real high leverage spot.

We probably will, but this shit is ridiculous. I know Julio is hit and miss too, but Julio can still go 6 when he doesn't have it, and at least he can handle the bat and field his position.
