Lack of communication made the inning longer and more stressful than needed, but got out of it.

And I'm fine with the walk of Polanco. He is the most dangerous bat in the lineup, so I don't blame Gausman for being careful given the situation.

We're fortunate that neither got hurt and that the ball didn't fly into centerfield and that Ozzie got his foot on second base.

It was a clusterfuck and something that can't happen, but it could have been a whole lot worse.
