Flaherty is a guy that if you have to have him on your roster, you only pinch hit him if the game goes 15 innings. He doesn't ever need to be the first option off the bench.

Really, since April, the only productive thing I remember Flaherty doing was drawing a walk in the 9th inning of the game we had the big comeback against the Marlins to extend the inning, and that pitcher was all over the place.

At least Peter Bourjos pretty well won us a game against the Nats and Bautista won us a agame against the Cubs.
