That's bad luck.
This one sucks. Ender scorches one and gets nothing......Yelich barely touches it and gets a hit to start a big inning.
Well the good new is if we win tommorow we get 4 with the Marlins who are probably the worst team in baseball since the trade deadline. That's baseball. It ain't how hard you hit it, it's where you hit it.
If there's any bright spot, Hader probably won't be available tomorrow.
This loss sucks for sure, and Biddle was due a bad outing.
But at the end of the day, you really can't complain about pitching when the offense can only put 2 runs on the board. We had a lot of missed opportunities tonight. We couldn't build on the lead. And we lost.
We've got Newk going tomorrow. Snit had better have Ender in center, Camargo at short and Culberson at third tomorrow. It's a huge game that we really need to win.

We got to get another bat...I would try and get Beltre for Cheap. But That Reed kid is better than Flaherty or Duvall. But I imagine AA is gonna just wait it out until the September call ups.And that really needs to be the lineup going forward. We need the lineup that gives us the best chance to win. We don't need to be worried about hurt feelings and egos at this point.
And also to that point, we need the 25 man roster that gives us the best chance to win, so it's high time we DFA Ryan Flaherty. It's hard to imagine a bigger waste of a roster spot. He's not even of use as a defensive replacement or pinch runner.

I'd call up either Michael Reed or Lane Adams. Whoever it is won't be seeing any real time in the field, I just want a PH option that isn't Ryan Flaherty. Lane Adams was a good bench bat for us, and Michael Reed is hitting the ball too well in AAA to really keep him there.
