He has got the same problem Allard does...doesnt throw hard enough. Unless you can locate on an elite level like Maddux and Glavine 88-90 wont work.

Nobody has done anything off of him since the first inning. If Folty just lets that comebacker get by him, it would have been an easy play for Camargo or Albies.
