Why not let him finish the inning? This is probably his last start before the All Star Break, let him go. I'll never be in favor of pulling a pitcher who is rolling mid inning.

I absolutely hate pulling a hot pitcher in the middle of an inning.

Jays bailed us out a bit strategy wise.

Biddle was brought in to face Granderson who is a lefty, which tells me that Snit is still oblivious to Biddle's reverse splits, and apparently the Jays are too.

It would be different if we still had an O'Flaherty, Venters and Kimbrel combo to take over. But we don't. Any out our starters can get us greatly increases our odds of winning.

He's been a nice pickup. He's not lights out, but he's pretty good. A bright spot of the bullpen for sure.

Hart had a valid point though. A mop up duty pitcher was our closer for most of last season.

Thats fine the 1st month of the season but once you get a sample size, I would go by the numbers.
