The Cavs had a shit ton of draft picks to trade away. Jesus Christ, you're fucking stupid.

I just cannot wait for a hopeful Cavs/Heat playoff series. I envision a 5 game series- and Riley limps off into retirement afterwards while Wade jumps ship to go to the Lakers or Bulls...that would be so funny.

A team that couldnt be .500 in the East with no major additions is not even worth worrying about. Its over in Miami. There is nothing left except that long slide into mediocrity- eventually Bosh and Wade going in the tank- owing multiple first rounders out to teams for years to come- and Riley leaving someone else with the bill when it becomes due.

7 years from now LeBron will be 37, Kyrie will be 30, Love will be 33- and the Cavs will still be contenders.

I wonder if by then the Heat will have actually acquired a star in their prime. THAT is not guaranteed- especially missing all those picks.

Blah blah blah blah

You've mentioned that several times already. I guess you'll keep reverting to this same passive bull shit every time you get owned in this forum.

And back to this because you have been chewed up and spit on on every other topic/argument/debate.

You guys are title or bust.
You are getting your nuts off thinking/worrying about beating a Heat team that we all know (except you) could end up going in a number of directions depending on circumstance.

ONE of those circumstances though, includes staying healthy, and having all these pieces click together as we hopefully vision.
IF that happens, you better hope to God you are totally healthy.

On paper, the good/healthy Heat match up pretty well with anyone in the East.

I don't know at this point, I think Wiggy's just dumb.

LOL at him thinking that the Cavs will still be contenders 7 years from now when Lebron's 37. We thought the Heat would be contenders for several years. Shit happens in the NBA every year. Look at what happened to the Spurs, they just re-tooled and got Aldridge. The Warriors will likely only get better as well considering all of their core are just now entering their primes - and we all know they actually know how to get it done in the Finals and aren't constantly injury prone (looks like Curry got past the ankle issues).

The Cavs are contenders out East and rightfully so. But shit changes year after year. Durant comes to DC next year, and I'll start looking at the Wizards as top dogs in the East.

Going on 47, having played OVER half his life in the NBA.
Good luck with that.

With Kyrie and Love taking more and more of the load- and the Cavs resting James- and taking care of him more like the Spurs with Duncan- than the LAkers with Kobe- is extremely important.

Can you imagine the Cavs trying to get FA's? Come and play with the 3 time champion Cavs with LeBron in his twilight a la Duncan- Kyrie right at the absolute height of his powers- Kevin Love still very efficent- reminding me very much of the ages of the guys that came together towards the end in Boston- but very very much more like the Spurs in reality. Oh itll be a sweet sight fellas :suds:

Wiggy feels the need to cover every base from next year through 2020+, just in case......

except the Cavs. The Cavs roster is practically built to destroy an older, slower, team that struggles rebounding and shooting 3's.

The glut of offensive rebounds combined with passing those out for 3's would just break the Heat.

The Cavs strengths are precisely the Heat's weaknesses- Shooting and Rebounding

I thought they both were already at the stage of having their minutes reduced (and that's this year according to you)??
Who is going to take the load off of them??

Just get over it already.
Until you win, you haven't.
If it doesn't happen in the next year or 2, it probably won't.

BWHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH

You haven't even won one title yet. Might want to simmer down on those future guarantees. At least we (Heat fans) didn't come out with shit like this when we were at the top. Also, Miami could at least say they're a 3 time champion. Punk bitch.

Heat has BY FAR, the best rebounder on the court in Whiteside, so WTF are you talking about??

If the Cavs hit 3's, they are deadly, or if they play like they did vs the Warriors, they are gullible.

And not sure why you think the Heat is planning to play slow.
Every single thing they have said indicates they plan to speed it up.

Maybe in Ohio it will work out for him.
It's an ass backwards state to begin with, so his arguments prob make sense there.

Miami is going to be very good, they made a lot of improvements to the bench and Bosh missed a lot of time last season. That starting 5 is pretty damn good. I like Miami in 3 of the 5 starting positions. And Whiteside is playing for a big contract.

I like Miami in a pretty epic 6-7 game series if they face off.

becasue of the composition of their roster- they have no one that runs on the whole team besides dragic- and maeybe green and its not like green is a young guy anymore- you think WAde and Deng are running and bosh? haha not likely

this will have to resume later- going dtown to file- enjoy the weekend.

Oh yeah.
I forgot you are smarter then Riley/Spoelstra and the players who all say the team will play up tempo.
