Now you want to hear something funny. The Heat and Cavs could help each other out. The Heat could send Chalmers and Nappier to the Cavs in exchange for Haywards contract that the Heat would dump if Micky does not want to heavy into the luxury tax. Barea to the Heat likely means bye, bye Chalmers and Napier.

I dont think I would be on board with that. Dont need 2 PG's and not sure about any of those guys unless they dont have many options.

James might want Napier lol

What an awful idea. Boozer is a waste of space and barrea ain't much better.

I certainly don't think it improves us, but we're not banking on Bird or Chalmers for much.

Teams are still a business despite what James is doing to Gilbert.

No other owner is going for that nonsense.

I thing Dragic is the only player that signed today that didn't squeeze every dollar he could because he wants to play with as much talent as possible.

He took 90 vs 110 to help Wade get his.
That will be HUGE in the locker room next year and hopefully roll over onto the court when Wade is willing to put the ball in Dragics hands to make the decisions during crunch time.

Knew green would almost get a max.

Are we sure there is a cap? Everyone is getting paid.

what would you think would have happened in the Finals if conversely the Cavs were healthy and the Warriors were missing Green, Iguadala and Lee? It would have been straight massacre.
It absolutely would've been a massacre. I feel like Shumpert and Thompson were actually really important to what the Cavs want to do.
I also feel like Irving and Love kinda aren't.

Irving is very important. Love is not.

Tristan avg under 27 MPG in the regular season. Let's stop making shit up please.

I would love to know Tristan MPG in games which love played. Wouldn't be shocked if it was under 25.

Yes he was overpaid, who cares. So many players have been overpaid, including Dragic. GM's and ownership, etc. are all fucking confused. They cant value you a player to a contract with this cap change next year. So you got MVP's like Curry still making $10 and guys like Carroll making twice as much. It is all fucked up.

Thats kinda where the problem lies. Irving and Love's game clash. A lot. But Irving gets injured every single year, has stretches where he doesn't pass.

The Cavs success is predicated on being able to hit 3pters and being able to shut down the 3pt line on the defensive end. You see Shumpert, Lebron, JR Smith and some tryhards and you see that plan. You see Irving and Love and it becomes a little more clouded on the defensive end.

And yet if old Lebron showed up, they would've won the title last year. New Cavs Lebron is not nearly as efficient a shooter and that leaves a lot of points to try and manufacture somewhere else.

So the Heat next year may have the following players: Dragic, Wade, Deng, Bosh, Whiteside, Justice Winslow, Josh McRoberts as their top 7 in their rotations. Maybe Chalmers an Birdman as well but 8 and 9 could be Barea and Boozer.

Including Dragic?
The FA ranked 6 th by CBS ahead of Love and many others?

The man who said I don't need 110, I'm good with 90 and no state tax?

He was here long enough last year to know there isn't a better place to live or play.

I think Loves game clashes with both Lebron and Irvings. That's why I consider him the odd man out.

Kings gave up on last year first round pick Nik Stauskus pretty fast.

Sent him to Philly

Yeah...you really can't beat Miami as an international city and location. Solid organization that is not run by current players and his buddies.

I might be too hard on Irving. I just feel like the Warriors are the only team in a position to be doubling down on what they did last year (and they are)
