It's simple, Ray Rice would have gotten 2 games if the tape hadn't surfaced. It wasn't the National media who got it. It wasn't ESPN or Fox Sports who got it. Donald Sterling would still own the Clippers. Until last year ESPN was reporting that their reporters broke a story when in fact it was somebody else from a different media outlet. They didn't stop doing this until they were told they would be sued if they didn't stop. Investigative reporters for the major networks are either quitting or being let go because for some reason the networks don't want the truth to come out on things. What's happened to the media is very sad.

Major networks and "the media" are not synonymous. There are other media outlets; TMZ being one of them.

In short, TMZ is a part of "the media".

The clips of that game were...super disturbing. Mortal Combat, while a fighting game with "blood" spatters, was still a kid game when I was growing up. If I had kids, they wouldn't play that thing, holy crap. The girl one...and the heart...and the brain. Jeeeezzz.

I couldn't believe the Pats were gonna lose another Superbowl on a lucky catch. Then I was wondering why they didn't just let Lynch run it in on first down to give Brady some time.

Then that play call. Jesus. I think NFL coaches are too conservative, but that was ridiculous.
