How does it work for the staff and coaches can they have coached prior to 2000?

I asked Medlock. Basing Gibbs in his prime just like players. Even though his best was in 80's his bad years won't be considered in the 2000's.

Coaches had to at least coach in 2000 to be on our roster.

Yes as long as they have actually coached even as a position coach in 2000 to present you may pick them.

I know my opinion really doesn't matter but I would have liked to have seen coaches be held to the same restrictions as players, only since 2000.

From what I understood the players can not have played prior to 2000 which means they can not have been drafted prior to 2000 so from that it does not appear to be the same.
