Welcome to the 2000-Present Dynasty Mock Draft. You will first participate in a 5 round Staff Draft, that will give you the Front Office and Coaching Staff for your team. After you assemble your coaching staff you must state on this thread what Offensive and Defensive schemes you will be running. for example if you drafted Bill Walsh you would run some sort of a west coast offense.
The staff must have coached from 2000 to present. This can include any OC/DC/ST that you would make a HC. For example: Brad Seely the 49ers ST if I wanted to make him a HC that is my perogative. Also if there is a position coach that you feel would be a good Coordinator that is okay too. Beware though Staff and overall players is part of the playoff criteria. Also to remember that this unlike the last draft, is not a one year superbowl run but who you would rather have on your dynasty team.
STAFF DRAFT REQUIREMENT:
HEAD COACH
OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR
DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR
GENERAL MANAGER
OWNER
You can choose any player that was on a NFL roster or has entered the NFL draft from 2000-2014.
MEANING THE PLAYERS CAN NOT HAVE PLAYED PRIOR TO 2000.
The roster is set to 48 players.

When voting for the playoffs these are the categories to consider:
CATEGORIES
1 SKILL OF THE TEAM
2 OFFENSIVE SKILL
3 DEFENSIVE SKILL
4 SPECIAL TEAMS SKILL
5 COACHING STAFF SKILL
6 FRONT OFFICE SKILL
7.SCHEMES ON OFFENSE AND DEFENSE.
You can switch players position for the most part to fit your scheme, but beware because that could affect how you are graded out on your team. for example if you run a 3-4 defense and choose Warren Sapp that will be considered.
The object is overal skill of each team use stats and overall player skill and potential as a guideline for your picks.
The teams are as follows:

7. Melmaan
8. JudgeFudge
