I have a really good feeling about our new staff defensively. They're young and show good promise. Kaczenski is such a great addition...........LOL @ Iowa for wayyy underpaying him when he was maybe the best DLine coach in the country.

I'm hoping that having these young assistants is going to ramp up the level of intensity......maybe refresh the Blackshirts and bring a new mentality to the group.

I got to say I am very happy with this hire. I was against Papuchis being DC not so much because I feel he was not the man to do it but because I was afraid of the high school coach that would be brought in.

This is a great hire.

After having only 3 days off in the past 26 days (2 of which were vacation days I had to take or I was going to lose because we can only carry over 40 hours) I am officially into the Christmas shutdown and am not working during it.....
