I think it's something to do with the cell towers for 3G/4G or whatever service you're using to access the internets

I hope everyone understands there's nothing I could/would do with that information. All it does is tell me where you are within about a 50 mile radius. Unless yer using a cell phone and it will say you are in a whole other state LOL

It's just an IP address. Not much that can be done with that.

I remember when I got the entire Harper Hall banned from a website when I lived there because they banned what they thought was my IP address
