So, there is evidence that the convo WAS NOT private. Basically, they believe someone else was in the room with Sterling during the convo - meaning, he has NO EXPECTATION of privacy.

If that's true, he's got no angles here.

Larry Johnson will be dealt with by the Knicks. Sterling was an issue which had league wide ramifications. Apples & hand grenades folks.

He had a private conversation with his domestic partner in which he told her she could do whatever she wanted to with whoever she wanted to but please just don't post it on social networks.

Two things - if the woman had stepped forward and told the press that Sterling said the very things on the tape: Do you think any one woud have believed it?

I don't and it would have been he said she said situation - but she took it to another level and got the evidence to prove he was a lower life form than herself and she did the right thing.

The second thing is this - yes the conversation was private, but as Silver said - they are now public and they do represent his views. There is no more discussion - he has to leave now - NO Two ways about it
