If he was hurt what would be the reason for keeping it secret now? If he was hurt you would think he would want everyone to know that is why he was ineffective. I think it was just great run defense. CJ didn't do much either.

I don't think it's that he didn't do so much, it's the fact he was barely used at all.

I'm not trying to be a dick about it because I like the Rams. I still want that beach towel and freezer mug.

But I can't imagine Elliott not playing for Dallas unless he had been injured or had shit the bed in an unseemly manner.

You see it all the time when Dallas is struggling, Elliott into the line for sweet fuck all. But at least into the line. Still trying.

And again, it leaves me wondering....

Elliot would be in the game because he’s a bowling ball. So is CJ. Playoff football is different than the regular season. Little harder to run the football so a more physical RB is a nice mix with the sprinter like Gurley.

McVay tried both guys and forgot about Gurley. Oline wasn’t good

I have nothing against Rod Smith. He is perfect for what Dallas needs. Elliott can play a lot. If injuries became part of Elliott's schtick I might think differently.

But Gurley should be getting the lion's share of LA carries. He was going to possibly be the MVP until he got hurt in Detroit. How do your forget about him?

And he already has a bad knee recovery in his past.

Indeed there were times this season where McVay forgot about TG. They usually ended up in losses too. It happens in the moment and you’re 33 years old. I call it the mike Martz syndrome

It's not like NE was a dominating run def....So I would tend go think McVay just didn't do his homework correcrly.

Maybe.....Against Dallas he looked fine,unless he got hurt at the end of the game.....
Against the Bears he ran a total of 11xs and was not hurt.....I tend to think someone's trying to cover up McVays fukup by not using him more.....

This is something that none of will ever know.
