I don't see the big deal about Kap being blackballed? If he has the right to protest during the National Anthem, then the league or teams should have the right to not sign him, and protest him. It works both ways.

If a team has a choice between two shitty QB's, but one of them doesn't carry a massive amount of baggage and isn't a huge public relations distraction, which one do you think most teams would pick?
