Thursday night FB question

I was wondering if anyone can answer this question.

I want to watch the 49ers thursday night football game but I might be going to my in laws house for Thanksgiving. They do not have nfl network. So if I live in NorCal (49er broadcast area) will I be able to watch the game through a local channel or will it unlock NFL Network for people that live in 49ers broadcast area?

Anyone know?

NFL Network will not be unlocked, but the NFL is obligated to offer the game on local channels to the home & away teams' markets.

It's a national game; anyone who gets CBS can watch it for free.
