Thoughts on knuckleball pitchers?

Just watched the movie Knuckleball! here. I am a Mets fan so Dickey was pretty damn good for us for (I think it was)three years. What are others thoughts on Knuckleball pitchers? Should there be more of them? Are they a kind of circus side-show? Should they not exist in the majors at all? Just curious of everyones thoughts on this

I would learn it if it kept me getting MLB paychecks, especially low end pitchers not getting the millions.

It's more fun having diversity in the game, different player types, etc. Also why I like having one league with DH one without, more diversity. I prefer the NL game but I hope it stays just like it is. And I hope there's always a knuckler or two around and frankly I wish they'd be good like Dickey was.

I caught a knuckle baller. When on, almost unhittable. Some pitches would break twice coming in.

It's a fun and different part of the game. It's within the rules, and there's no doctoring of the ball involved, so why not?

I don't care what pitch you use. If it works to get hitters out, then throw it.
