Realistically, no offseason for rg3 equates to:
No growth as a qb, no progression in the offense, no film study, no reps with wr's, te's, rb's, no finding second and third options, no practicing the little things (like looking off a defender), no practicing fundamentals, etc.
It's a shame, bc RG3 SHOULD BE further along in his development than he is.
The pass off his back foot at the end of the game is not something a polished qb would do.
Anyway, here's hoping he stays injury free this season, then learns how to find his #2, #3 wr's next year.
