It was thought that Ledbetter would be facing penalties from the football program because of the incident, and that officially came to fruition Tuesday as the school confirmed that, “n accordance with UGA Athletic Association policy, Ledbetter will sustain a one-game suspension. ”
From a former ACC school to a current one, Amba Etta-Tawo will continue and presumably end his college football playing career in that conference.

Bonner claims that he was stabbed six times in the chest, abdomen and back by an individual,Aristotle Lewis, who was subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
247Sports.com among others is reporting that Savannah State’s Sean Fogarty is set to transfer to Georgia at the end of his current semester. The 6-4, 300-pound lineman will join the Bulldogs as a walk-on.
Back in February, Miami announced thatMarques Gayot was leaving the Hurricanes football program, althoughthere was some question as to whether he would actually be leaving the university. A month later, the linebacker confirmed as much.
“Officially [transferring] from UM,” Gayot wrote on his Facebook page, adding, “I am opening back up my recruiting!”
According to multiple media outletscovering the team, Darin Smalls has left the Gamecocks football team and will transfer elsewhere. While the school has yet to confirm the defensive back’s departure, Smalls is no longer listed on the team’s online roster.
No reason was given for Smalls’ decision.
