The only thing I would think would keep him from a DUI is that they were on private property at the time, rather than on a public roadway????????????

That was my thought too. Hard to tell since it's state law. Perhaps in OK the car has to be witnessed in motion. *shrugs*

Car in drive and vehicle running while intoxicated is a DUI no matte where your car is sitting. Either way I would be surprised if either play Saturday....you know they would not be if they were in gold and blue.

Like was said above, it is state law, and I do not know OK law, but here in Ohio, no matter the fault, the cops will not investigate an accident in a parking lot at Walmart or Kroger, so maybe that is the deal in OK too??????
