I'm never quite sure. When you eat a cheap burrito from a taco stand, I guess it depends on what critter they happened upon the side of the road the day before.

home-made chili with plenty of heat, chilpotles and bacon for a bit of smoke, bite-sized pieces of round roast I slow-cooked first, and thick enough to allow the spoon to stand up in the bowl. good on a chilly day.
