Since you are being pesky and bringing that match in every other post I will indulge your naive and cartoonish ignorance. At 17 Serena still hadn't filled out and weighed less than 150lbs and could run around like a rabbit with her young bones. Also she was an unknown factor and Graf hadn't played her before to get to know her weaknesses. The second time she played her she beat Serena. So beginners luck goes to Serena and the element of surprise.

monf seems unprepared. Not a good sign. I remember from league matches how that can affect one's performance. the commentators are talking about how Monf is unsure which racket to start with.

Fed is self destructing. I have little doubt that a guy with zero slams could beat even an aging champ like Fed of his game was on, and being prepared is just one of the sides of fed that got him where he is - at the GOAT debate.
