Is it just me?!? Cody McLeod is a terrible terrible hockey player. Not quite Zack Stortini terrible, but damn close.

I dunno - he always seems to be causing some sort of problems for my team.
of course, we do have a tendency to make 4th liners look all-world.

$3.5 mill total for the 3 yr contract, btw.

I wouldn't be too worried if I were you. Top UFA's avoid the Isles like the plague. Ehrhoff didn't sign. The Isles actually offered Paul Martin & Pavel Kubina more money per year than they signed for.

i think Florida is kinda dangerous to either blow the fuck up or become a pretty solid team. they threw that team together in what looked like a cap thing. what if that chemistry doesn't gel next year?

they won a division, but were 19th in wins and 23rd in goal differential.

he's got an pretty unsustainable career shooting percentage (north of 16%).
when that reverts to the mean, he's a 15 goal scorer.

I would have wanted to sign him too, but not at $4m long term.
