Look man, I am sorry that the way that some fans act bothers you so much, I really am. I know that there are plenty of Hawk fans that can be overbearing. But I have à hard time believing that it would bother you so much if not for that game..

And FTR, the OP was hardly chest thumping. But I know that generalizing can become à chronic habit.

I was in the minority of Packers fans who believed the game should never have come down to the last play. Disappointed sure, holding a grudge against the Hawks and their fans, hardly. I have thicker skin than that brother.

Hawks fans have every reason to celebrate and feel good about their team but threads like these normally are posted on team specific boards. When they appear on the general boards, one should expect differing opinions and, in many instances, negative feedback.

Remember, it is no longer generalization when one uses historical data to support a claim

I think some have a fascination with "butthurt". They go on rants about "butthurt" fans and talk about not being able to let things go, but at the first hint of a subject, they're right there again, hammering away on their keyboards about the same subject they tell others they're "butthurt" about and can't let go. Ironic? pathetic? typical?

So when a fan base constantly brings up an event with seemingly little overall relevance in threads not related to that subject in any way, it is the other fans that respond to it that you find pathetic?

 Whatever makes you sleep better man.
