The other teams all won. The new standings are as follows:

5. Royals 65-95 - play at Cleveland
6. Rangers 66-93 - play NY Yankees
7. Tigers 66-93 - play at Seattle
8. Rockies 67-93 - play at LA Dodgers
9. Marlins 68-92 - play Atlanta

With this loss the Rangers can no longer finish with the 9th worst record.

If either the Rangers lose the second game or the Rockies win they would no longer be able to finish 8th.

If the Rangers lose the second game and the Tigers lose, the Rangers would no longer be able to finish with the 7th worse record. That means the Royals and Rangers would wind up with one as the 5th worst and one with the 6th worst.

I believe we will need more production from the OF in 2023/2024 other than Garcia. We have time to figure some of it out.
