i am going to say that my dream penalty is:
TB suspension for at least 8 games
Fine, oh, say $250,000
Loss of first round draft pick
*hoping they the Patriots season sucks and they lose a top 10 draft pick*

I want it to hurt because I am tired of all the stupid stuff from this organization.

What do you think it will be? I know most feel it will be a slap on the wrist. I don't. The NFL has taken it sweet time investigating this. Most think it is because they think the NFL didn't want to take away from the SB or draft. I think it's because Goodell is about about to lay the hammer on the Pats and wanted to cross his Ts and dot his i.
Goodell is getting ready to take away Krafts clout in the league. With good reason, Kraft has been using his position has pay master to lead Goodell around by his nose, but this time he over stepped. Brady out right cheated. He pressured the equipment folks to actually let air out of ball after they were checked. That's pretty damning and then Kraft has the balls to complain in public?

The hammer is coming down.

Pats lose a first round draft picked and are fined.
Kraft gets kicked off the committee that decides Goodell pay.

Really disappointed that it was only 4 games. Should been much longer.

You said late Oct, he got 4 games which will be reduced if handled through only the NFL appeal system, and won't happen till late this season or not this season at all if taken to court like in the Vilma case.

Even if it was upheld he would return mid Oct. and that is only because the Pats have a bye week in the middle of that time frame.

I wanted the Pat's get hammered and then the report came out. I figured there wasn't enough there for a severe punishment.

IMO this is WAY over the line for the evidence that was presented to the NFL.

We all know the Pat's are a bunch of cheating SOB's. And I've got some lake front property to sell you if you think Belichick didn't know about this (I even did a google image search to see if I could find a pic of Belichick skating..because that's what he did).

But doesn't there have to be more proof than what we have seen for this type of punishment? The punishment COMPLETLY fits the crime....but you need to actually get a conviction before fitting the guy for a noose and for me they didn't find enough evidence to justify this type of punishment.
