His point was in that in the eyes of the law both solicitian and littering are misdemeanors? Are they different? Of course. Even though they are both misdemeanors they carry different penalties but they are both misdemeanors. That was his point. IMO, it wasn’t a great comparison/point but you trying to blow it up into a comparison about littering and human trafficking actually made him look good by being an even worse comparison/point.

A city inspector found evidence that people were living in the spa. That’s a violation of the code because this space was designated commercial not retail. People living in commercial space is not that uncommon. It usually generates a fine.

However, it was later learned that the woman (not children) living there were not allowed to leave without being escorted for fear that they wouldn’t return. THAT is where the sex trafficking part comes in. That MAY be sex trafficking. It may not.

@FlyerFinFan has some delusion that these “children” were “kidnapped” and “illegally brought to this country” and were forced to perform sex acts that it was “obvious to anyone who received them that they were doing it against their will”.

None of that is true. None of that is even being alleged by the police. The owners conduct MAY rise to the level of sex trafficking and/or false imprisonment but it’s not kidnapping or any of the other nonsense he suggests

Sorry bro I like to joke around too but human trafficking is not a funny matter. Watch a few documentary's on it and you'll understand how brutal this is. Imagine your sister or daughter getting nailed by pigs up to 90 times a day with no way out... Anyone can be kidnapped and forced into it kraft is enabling it.
