I don't recall that, not saying you're wrong or lying, I just don't remember that. If that's true, I find that extremely surprising. If you take the stats that Dennis Dixon had in 10 games and project them over the 13 games that Tim Tebow played, Tebow's numbers were still vastly superior.

Dennis Dixon projected over 13 games: 67.7% Pct 2,777 yards 26 TD 5 INT 757 Rush yards 12 rush TD
Tim Tebow's actual stats over 13 games: 66.9% Pct 3,286 yards 32 TD 6 INT 859 Rush yards 23 rush TD

Plus, Tim Tebow actually did win a national championship.

Considering that many are taking in the entire body of work Bledsoe would have to be one of the main choices, however don't forget Mark Rypien was a coug and had a hell of a career himself. I would also bet they would at least mention their favored 'throwin samoan' Jack Thompson.

I wouldn't even put Leaf on the list myself, but who knows what those crazy drunks from the palouse think of him.

I'd have it Bledsoe > Rypien > Timm Rosenbach> Thompson myself.

They have had some outstanding QB's over the years there. No doubt.

Excellent post Whizzer, your a "magician" of stats and Pac history...hadn't thought of ANY of those other Coug QBs till now.

MR probably was the best Coug QB with Bledsoe having the BEST OVERALL COMBINED QB CAREER.

If we can name someone most hated instead it would be Billy Joe Hobert hands down, but he was far from a bad QB, just a dumb ass kid who took down an entire program with his selfish stupidity.

From the Duck qbs I have seen Brady Leaf was the worst. He tried damn hard though. I respected him for that. Just didn't have near the skill set as his bro. But on the bright side, he also didn't have the opiate addiction his brother did either, so that's a positive.

Ronnie Fouch? He was the QB most of the season that UW went 0-12. Locker was hurt that year and Fouch was fucking god awful. Does that count?
