Without question Ryan Leaf. Name another Pac-12 QB that put up with his numbers without any NFL talent around him.

Just trying to spark some conversation during the semi-dead period.
Heading to Florida in a few days, took a look at the weather report and guess what? The forecast calls for rain!
pick one of those Trojans under Carroll. As far as I remember those would have to be at the top. If you are looking at winning and success.
As far as talent and numbers? Lets see where Mariota is after this year to see if he stacks up against those Troj QBs.
I guess it depends on what criteria we look at.
If we're just talking about college careers, I'd say Palmer, Leinart and Barkley are in the conversation. However, if we're including NFL careers.......................
No NFL stats, Im saying straight up college play, and of course stats would be key, but playmaking skills, his ability to just take over and a game piss of a stadium full of people...
I hate it when sites wont just put up the list. Have to load up 25 pages, they lost me.
If someone who went through it would put up the list, that would be great. Where did ASU end up on their list?
It's Bleacher Report, so take it for what it's worth, but here is where they have PAC teams ranked in their Post National Signing Day Top 25:
#6 - Oregon
#8 - Stanford
#9 - UCLA
#15 - USC
#16 - ASU
That's what I'm afraid of when I take off for Hawaii, of course the weather here will be sunny and warm...
And my question marks was my response as to "tough question" I mean if you really think about it and take the "homerism" out of of your selection , it can be a serious debated conversation... There has been some very good QB in the Pac....
Oregon should be higher (easily top 5) and UCLA should be ahead of Stanford.

Disagree about Oregon being top 5 (especially easily), they've lost too much on defense and they are one Mariota injury away from being in deep trouble on offense.
Definitely agree that UCLA should be ahead of Stanford. Stanford lost more overall than anyone.
USC and ASU are just about where they should be given that there is some uncertainty with both teams. USC has the talent to be top 10, but may not have the depth if they get hit with too many injuries again.
