I'd say:
North
Oregon
Stanford
Washington
Oregon St.
Wazzou
Cal
South
UCLA
USC
ASU
Arizona
Utah
Colorado
I think the North is pretty well Oregon's to lose this year. Stanford loses too much and Washington will need at least one season for Peterson to get his system, etc. in place and adjust to the better competition he will see.
In the South, I could easily see UCLA, USC or ASU winning with Arizona as a dark horse. Utah is likely still a couple of seasons away from being a serious contender in the South (although they could have a say in who ultimately wins it) and poor ol' Colorado is looking at another few seasons of getting their heads kicked in.
North:
OREGON
everybody else
South:
ASU
USC
Arizona
UCLA
Others
No contest in the North. Oregon wins it but is not undefeated. They break hearts because others could
win it, maybe should win, it but won't.
ASU does lose a lot on defense but this is the day of UTNH, offense will be even better. The South will not be won or lost by defense. Line up for CCG tickets in Tempe.
