That is Reverend Dr. Bouncer to you sir! JK I am a title whore when it comes to stuff. I am actually starting another masters in the fall (Higher Ed Admin). So what is the fan view of the Dawgs coming into the season?

Oh and Mamba....Looks like I am 80% sure to be in Eugene for the Stanford v. Oregon game this year.

Well all eyes shift back onto the offense, with Miles being kicked off the team the QB battle went anyones game. That sucks cause the OL, wide out, and runningback is stocked very well, but breaking in a new QB could hurt...

Defense is simple better on what they did last year. This unit the last two seasons has come a very long way, with Wilcox in LA now this unit has depth and talent, Petersen defense will be just the same as Wilcox ran, I actually feel the defense will be better then the offense this season, but I also see this defense being an outstanding unit....

I'll be honest ever since they won that Super Bowl, they sure have been quite! It's like they all had one huge bong hit and they passed out....
You know, you're right!

So long as My 71y'o pops can attend I am down. If we go we are getting tickets from a Zebra of all things.
Of course. If you are asking if he is welcome, then absolutely. We cater to the very young to the old. We will have coosh tailgating chairs if he wants to take a load off even. We are a cool group of guys if I do say so myself.
Damn I'd love to make a trip up there with the good folks of Eugene!

Do it! All yall need to.

Questions at QB will be the story of spring, but depth in the secondary might be the story of fall camp. Two incoming freshmen will likely get significant playing time in the secondary including Budda Baker.

There is plenty of depth on both lines and I think most of us feel we got a serious upgrade in overall coaching and their ability to prepare a team so I don't think any of us are worrying about the overall team and their chances.

They start with a rather boring and uninteresting 4 game OOC because of the Hawaii road game rule so they have lots of time to tune things up before the slate gets hot.

Despite the probable loss of Cyler Miles they have two QB's that were both 4* kids that were highly ranked in their class. Troy Williams is a real dual threat QB and is likely the front runner as a RS Freshman. Linquist has another year on him but was nothing close to Miles and isn't likely to pass up Williams accordingly. KJ Carta-Samuels is our incoming true freshman QB and is likely to give Williams the most push. He is a pro style QB ranked as high as 11th in QB's. Scouts have compared him to Luck at his age. He was a member of the 2013 elite 11 and performed quite well.

Troy Williams with a year under his belt and his pure dual threat style, or a true frosh with a lot of great potential and one of the top pocket passers coming out of his class. We will see. Either way we are all fired up to see what Petersen puts out on the field this fall. Just can't wait.

It was sunny today and yesterday. Weather has been surprisingly nice these past two days. IMO this is one of the most beautiful places in the country when the weather is good.

I lived all of my life here in the Seattle area (primarily Issaquah and Renton), then lived in California for 3 years for law school and I'm still working on re-adjusting to the Seattle weather. I know bad weather has a significant impact on some people's mood, unless it's subconscious for me I don't really notice it.

Another Beaver that is shooting up the big boards after a very good showing at the combines, Scott Creighton DL........

I have said it before here on SportsHoopla that I have read...S Creighton could be put in an NFL OLB position because of his size/weight and be devastating from the spot because of his overall speed.

Food for draft thought...
