I can tell you did the same thing........... I bet Wallace was passed out after last years game horrible game you needed to drink yourself through that game and espn helped with a drinking game every time they showed Kathrene Webb. :laugh3:

Musburger couldn't get his eye off of here I don't blame him but the Horny old man forgot there was a football game but she was better than the game itself lol! Theres a reason the old geezer doesn't do Alabama games any more.

Way too early of course but ESPN releases it's first Top 25 for 2014. Interesting write ups for the teams. And on that note, welcome to silly season for CFB...........

Florida State leads the 2014 way too early top 25 rankings - ESPN

3) Oregon
4) Stanford
7) UCLA
14) USC
19) Washington
22) ASU

Ermmmmmmm we have some interesting pieces its one of those things where our defense has the depth but what player is for real we got some good Defensive Line JC players and some defensive players that could start as true freshmen. I think were good at safety with Randle and Ball but whos our corners? We dont have a legit LB like Chris Young next year and our d line transfers are not proven even though we have some solid players on the line coming back. Depends how we replace our linebackers and if Fiso can play a legit role as a LB and if all those JC LBS we got last year can make an impact. If Bradford leaves we fall outside of the top 25 honestly if Carey stays Uofa is better than us.

UW could have a good d next year with Petersen being more discipline you will see less missed tackles and Shaq Thompson will make the next step in looking like a legit pro.

We beat all the teams we should of beat this year. We just didn't beat any of the top tier of the PAC, but did come close at Stanford. We return a lot of players in 2014. But penalties were a major problem again in 2013. I do hope Petersen is able do a better with those. If so, we do have a solid chance at another 8+ win season, even though the PAC will be ultra competitive again.

Trust me with a transition from Erickson to Graham it's great to know that even when your team loses it wasn't because of stupid penalties Petersen should clean that up very discipline. No more missed tackles which also has a lot to do with discipline. I remember that stupid penalty you guys had vs us when it was 29-14 us and you made a stop but a dumb late hit penalty kept the drive alive and changed the game. Also so many missed tackles vs us Sark just wasn't great in the discipline field I expect Petersen to change that more discipline.

add Washington as the 6th PAC team in AP poll.

very nice... 6 teams. Room to build for next season eh?

Absolutely. The PAC is sending some serious round 1-3 talent to the NFL this year, but many of these teams still got plenty of other ballers to fill in. 2014 is going to be another dogfight. And whoever represents the PAC in the playoff will most likely play the semi game at the Rose Bowl first to get to the champion ship game. That's a nice home court advantage right there before going to Jerrah world.

Dog fight is right. If 2013 taught us anything it is that the old cliche any given Saturday held true to form in this conference.

Those 9 conference games wont be easy at all for any PAC team to qualify as a playoff team.

UCLA and Oregon would be set up nicely if they can win their big OOC games. UO vs MSU and UCLA vs Texas. And of course Stanford vs ND wont hurt. I wonder how Stanford will do this year. They lose a ton of those core guys.

Set up nicely is exactly that though. IF they can get those OOC wins you still have those 9 teams waiting in the wings to knock you off and take their division.

Huskies have a 4 game cakewalk nonconfernece schedule next year. so starting 4-0. inverting home and away on the teams they had this year i could see a 9 win season. the question will be the order of teams and if there are any long road stretches.

:laugh3:
From 'natty' dreams, to well at least win the RB, to ok we will at the very least win a BCS bowl, to now "finished the season with the highest ranking".

I guess whatever makes you feel better about yourselves. All good to me.

(Yep, back to the off season and all the saltiness that goes with it)
