Per CBS sports, Wilcox will be named the USC DC this weekend. Guess we'll find out if USC had to pay the 1 mil buyout.

The only issue that I have with Sark bringing in Wilcox is that Helton has done a great job with our defense.

However, Wilcox is also very good and Sark knows him better than Helton, so it makes sense from that perspective.

No. Price single handedly gave the apple cup last year away with an 18 point lead in the 4th quarter. They can really shoot themselves at times.

Fair enough. Given that this game no longer had any implications on Sark's validity, the only thing it gives us is more fodder for recruiting and it likely won't impact this class at all with all the changes going on. It just leaves a much better taste in our mouths to lead into the looooong dead season.

Started the year with a bang beatin the pants off Boise in the new digs... Ended it with a Bowl win and a big upgrade at coach.

Lots of positives. I know yall wanted more, but all isnt bad.

I'll take it as it lead to a huge upgrade at HC IMO.

After an absolutely roller coaster of a Dec, it's just a nice way to end the season and look towards our new coaches era. Husky nation was emotionally drained by all this. Just nice to see Tui get that win and us keep it all together. Dawg pack hung together through it all. Woof!!!

Now we can just concentrate on recruting through Jan. I'm sure recruits were impressed with the team they saw playing tonight and many will want to be a part of that.
