Actually I was just looking around and it looks like those teams have all accepted bids elsewhere but there are still CUSA teams available.

Oregon State is taking the bid that CUSA declined.

Colorado State has accepted a bid to the New Mexico Bowl on Dec. 21, which will be the first bowl game played this season. They'll likely face a team from the Pac-12, which Jerry Palm projects will be Washington State.

yeah I saw that the last 2 CUSA teams available were FAU and UTSA and i realised the travel cost would probably be too great so they might pass.
