If its Wilcox I will be very happy, young, aggressive, and knows the program already....

Pinkle is like 61. I'd rather get a guy who has at least 20 good years left in them to be honest.

Nussmire and Wilcox would both be getting their first chance to HC. They are both risks because of it. I always like going after up and coming guys who are HC now in lower divisions and have already proven they know how to run a program, but that's me.

I think there is no way in the world it's Kiffin. If he couldn't hack it as USC, he can't hack it anywhere. I don't think any he'll land in any of the top6 conferences.

Northern Illinois is unlikely. Sure he is 12-0 this season so far but it is his first year after taking over a program that was already on top of the conference last season so it was pretty well set up for him to succeed. Luisville is a maybe but they are moving to the ACC and he may stay because of that.
