Yeah, that's not good, and as Lonestar said, it's really an indictment of the coaching staff. When we were having our back and forth with OD yesterday and he said something about players are blowing this year off and looking to next year after the Colorado game because it's championship or bust, and he said it like it's a good thing, that one actually took me aback. Obviously it's OD, and more than OD, it's OD in excuse mode, but if there's any hint of that kind of attitue within the culture, shit's bad...

That tends to happen when you have a MWC sized stadium like Oregon.

Last I checked Autzen is bigger than all MWC stadiums except San Diego State but they play in an NFL stadium. the only one close is Hawaii and that's not exactly a college football stadium either.

One could make the argument UW has not played anyone yet and the conference is really bad this year.

Look at the conference as a whole. Who does the PAC have out there besides Washington?

The Fuskies are simply capitalizing off a down year in the conference, and it's still unknown if they will even get through conference play unbeaten.

The image across the country is that too, without Oregon and USC atop the conference the PAC looks weak.
