Wow!! Never heard of that. I can see flipping to another P-5 school, but Fresno? Between this, Soso Jamabo and that kid that flipped on signing day, that awesome recruiting class UCLA had is starting to look a little shaky.

It way too early to call the UCLA class a disaster in the making. Mora and his crew recruit very well and already have the cred to sell kids on "We'll get you to the NFL." But anytime you lose a 4-5 star RB, especially one that committed from several states away, that's a big hit.

I agree. I think that kid who flipped on signing day was a 5 star linebacker or something. It's still a good class, but those are some big losses.

One that was over looked my most of the recruit media this week, but fills a big need for ASU and you should see him thrown out there immediately for the 2015 season.

JUCO WR Tim White to sign letter of intent with ASU

White hails from Canyon Country, California, and later played for College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, California. He had 55 catches for 667 yards and six touchdowns in 2014, in addition to returning 29 kicks for 812 yards (28.0 average), which included a touchdown. White will have two years of eligibility remaining.

White is also a track athlete, breaking the College of Canyons school record for long jump and also competes at triple jump.

ASU lost its top two receivers from last season with Jaelen Strong declaring for the NFL draft and Cameron Smith out for the season (unspecified knee injury).

ASU's leading returning receiver from 2014 is senior D.J. Foster, who is switching positions from running back. After missing out on a few big-name wide receiver recruits, three-star Terrell Chatman signed with the Sun Devils.

There has been conflicting reports about the state of Strong's wrist. There is a report that he will still require surgery to repair the broken bone, but he claims he played five games through the injury and it's fine.

And then there is this.....

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Strong went through a battery of tests on his wrist during his visit to Pittsburgh. According to Schefter, the Steelers’ doctors cleared Strong and are sending the results of his checkup to other teams.

It’s odd that Strong is getting the re-check from the Steelers’ doctors rather than going through the process that most players recovering from injuries go through in Indianapolis. It’s unclear whether every other team will be satisfied with getting a report from the Steelers’ staff.

It's a thick draft for WR talent. He could end up a later 1st rounder, but wouldn't shock me if he ends up drafted in the 2-3 rounds.

Let's not forget about UCLA's offensive line coach Adrian Klemm's suspension either. He is suppose to be a very good recruiter so there is that too! :gaah:

For drinking on Prom night? :L

Sure he panicked and tried to run from the trouble he found himself in but I'm sure he thought of all he had to lose and freaked out.

Time will tell but I've heard he is a good kid.

Well sounds like it's time for some balance regarding recent UCLA news....

UCLA’s football-specific strength and conditioning facility within the state-of-the-art new building will forever be known as The Troy Aikman Strength and Conditioning Center.

Yeah, great athlete, dumb decision to run. He should be ok if he can keep it clean after this.
