The Washington football team's season-opening game at Boise State will be played on Friday, Sept. 4, and will air on ESPN television.

A kickoff time for the game has yet to be determined by Boise State and ESPN. The game was originally slated for either Sept. 3 or 4, but with this announcement, it is now cemented for Friday, the 4th.

The game will mark the Huskies' first-ever trip to Boise and just the fourth meeting between the two Northwest programs.

I agree, I thought to put the Rams helm up as me avi because the yellow-gold reminded me of the Los Angeles Rams colors when they played in Anaheim.

I did so mainly because of all the new Rams stadium talk and all the St Louis Rams hate coming the way of all us long term Rams posters due to the possible Rams move to the Southland.

With that, I had to put er up!

I'll save my official opinion after he has had a season or two to prove himself in the PAC South. However I'm not worried too much and agree with regent that is was a get at this point!

I agree. At 58, he's not exactly Monte Kiffin. However, he is 20 years older than Ulbrich and I doubt he has much experience dealing with offenses like he will see in the PAC.

Having said that, he definitely needs a season or 2 to show what he can do. Based on his history, it looks like a good get for the Bruins.

Besides that tf, the B1G's Luke Fickell didn't need much experience to stop the PAC's top rated offense in the NT game this year now did he!
