Puts Washington in the top 25 in the country and 5th in the PAC in recruiting

It's looking like a very good class for Petersen and his coaches with their first full year to recruit for UW. Hits all our needs. At 23 commits, we've got 1-2 more slots to fill so this class is about set. He put the wall up well on the state this year. Washington now has the No.1,2,3,4,6, 10 and 13th ranked in-state prospects committed for the 2015 class.

The big one left is RB Chris Warren who visits next week. It's looking like Texas will be very hard to beat, but if we do get him, I will jizz in my pants.

Other than Sarks first year 2009 (#68) this seems to be a normal class for Washington other than the first years of both Sark and Peterson . I did notice every year Sark got Washington higher in the rankings.

Osa Masina 4* Outside linebacker just picked USC. One down four to go.

If they close out with all these players they probably end up with best recruiting class in nation. Assuming Alabama doesn't sign 35 players.

Gonna be interesting. Snoop has loved the recruiting of his son more than his son has. I dont have the link but you can google "snoop and son" and it's a pretty cool video and shows how Gorman High School is pretty much a college football bootcamp with all the money they have. I think ASU has been the front runner for him but now that Farmer declared and this latest kid is transferring they can see more playing time at SC as a possibility. I don't think Snoop wanted his kid at a school with so much WR talent that he wouldn't get playing time.

I think Snoop would certainly prefer his son go to USC and USC has lost a lot of receivers, but it would appear that they're going after defensive players to finish. I don't know if USC would take Snoop right now unless he was paying his own way for a year or something, and even though they most certainly can afford it, pride matters. Players tend to go where they're wanted.

If he was trying to avoid a glut of WRs, ASU wouldn't have been the choice though. They took 3 4 stars last year.

Yeah, unfortunately USC isn't allowed to just sign however many players are needed to get to 85 and defensive depth is a necessity. Especially with USC going uptempo and facing other uptempo teams.

Part of the reason we found ourselves hanging on for dear life at the end of some games and even lost a couple of games late, is because the defense lacked depth and was tired.

That's why I think the predictions of USC contending for the playoffs this coming season are a bit premature. We will finally have some depth, but it will be very inexperienced depth.

What's with the rumor that Vernon Adams is possibly transferring to Oregon?! I've heard his name tied to Oregon a couple of times. Why would he leave, E Washington is a really good FCS team?!

Damn defense gone be a biatch! :gaah::gaah:

Marshall on the fence?? I see he made his FSU and Michigan visits and went well.

I can't say i know anything more than you do but most recruiting people say he's USCs to lose. Having him on one side and Adoree on the other would be amazing. You can lockdown the WRs and get after the QB with extra rushers.

He commited to UCF this morning. Didn't see that coming. Maybe USC told him didn't have room?

Thats entirely possible but they could have also said you can stay committed and we will honor it but it looks like were going to have some bodies in front of you and playing time will be sparse so if you wanna start exploring other options you should now before teams fill up their rosters.
News is that Clayton Johnston will probably blue shirt so you're right about scholarships being full with the top guys still out there. Not to many schools can get a 4* (Johnston) to blue shirt.

Rasheem Green and John Houston to Oregon? I wonder if that would pull Marshal as well.
