My Dad gave me some of his peanut oil, but I just used canola oil to top it off. It used about 2 gallons.

I was trying to keep it at 350, but it was around 325 or so for the most part.

3 minueta a lb plus 5 minuets .. example ..10 lb turkey = 30 + 5 minuets = 35 minuets

about 30 dollars for 3 gal @ menards.... you get 3 turkeys out of it

I have one of those countertop fryers. Don't use it much I make my wings on the grill.
