yea you need to cook that critter ....I bought the injection at the grocery store .. its tony chachere's injectables creole style butter marinade .. it also comes with an injector .. wally world carries this brand also ..

Good, because there's a few recipes out there , but I would rather buy one packaged already.

we love tony's products .. good stuff .. most stores have it this time of year ... usually by the bbq sauces and marinades or one their end caps on the aisles
