me too, but it has been bad.... in spades

seems as if everyone is all of a sudden got a closing next week and have to have insurance NOW!!!! .... blows my mind that they can sign contracts months or weeks ago, set a closing date, but wait until the week of closing before they even inquire to insurance???? frustrates the hell outta me... I do what I do and I'm damn good at what I do, so I'm doing it.....
