P'Burgh'd steaks are so f*ckin underrated... What seasonings did you crust with? Or did you just go old fashioned?

Mix in some streak rub with a Gallic butter sauce and keep basting the steaks to keep the flame up around them.

A clove of garlic and 2 table spoons of butter in a piece of foil, toss in a sliced onion.....
Close it up and toys that on the grill.....a touch more flavor and some bad ass onions to top the bitch off!!!
