Doing good myself. I had a cig 2 Thursdays ago while at the bar for wing night. That was the only one since the 3rd of July.

I hear that, I've been wanting to quit for the last 5 years or so. But i still love the smell of them, if somebody is smoking near me I get some big time cravings..

I couldnt make it I was at the hospital .. brother in law had a heart attach.. he will be ok and is resting now .. we were there all afternoon
