At the Doc's was off the hook, BP Way over. Quit smoking he doubled my BP meds but was happy I did it. They drew blood this am won't know for awhile the results. JR I could never discourage anyone from doing what they want to do if it is right, just warn the family you are going to be a bitch awhile.......

Coffee went well misk the were thrilled to see me.I was about 20 minutes late but they were thrilled.I haven't been home much the past few months.leadman didn't even charge it as a break let me keep my normal break too.I enjoyed getting to see them
