I hope the hell its fixed...it was the craziest thing.....

anything I typed in the browser would go thru except when I would type in the hoop it would load for about 2 minutes and then kick me out, went on for about 4 days...I thought maybe I got the ax

I got this trend micro anti virus thing for 4 years with the computer....
I got on chat with them and told them to fix the shit or the computer and everything that came with it would be back in the mail the next day if the shit didnt get fixed.
next time I signed on, everything worked like a charm...dont know what it was...dont care...lol I payed for them to fix the shit and damn, I am impressed!!!

I got the disk with the computer and had to register the whole thing...but it was free for 4 years with the computer. It has virus removal and all the scans and such...anything you cant figure out they have 24 hour on line chat connect help to go in the computer and do what they need to do to repair anything!!! Hell it was all free with the laptop so I aint complaining!!! They removed all of the shit that was in the computer....the mc caffe and some other shit thing the computer had...the dude told me The trend micro guaranteed to do the same and better than all of them!!! Plus they installed an identity protection program in the computer!!!
