Flyers learning some stuff tonight I think.

1. Bellemare, Lyubimov, Vandevelde is a pretty good shut down line.
2. Provorov is their best dman.

Missing Couturier and Read in a bad way tonight. Hak doesn't trust Schenn or Konecny out there to defend a lead, rightfully so in my opinion. Doesn't trust Leier to play him at all. Questionable decision IMO. Doesn't like Cousins to defend the lead either which I'm ok with. So you're basically down to 7 forwards with Weise spelling them occasionally and they're gassed.

I didn't like it either. I'm OK with the shortened bench if you don't trust some of your forwards to play responsibly, but I hate that they just dumped the puck in and went off for a change on repeat. If they even got it that far. Shorten the bench, fine, but keep carrying the puck in, spend some time on the o-zone. They relied too heavily on Mase last night to get the win.

They came out from the drop of the puck not moving their feet. Looked like they were just ready to skate around like it was practice. They were uninterested like they didnt know they were playing an NHL game. Lucky for us we got another 2 points because sometimes we play great and we lose. Ill take it.

They came out from the drop of the puck not moving their feet. Looked like they were just ready to skate around like it was practice. They were uninterested like they didnt know they were playing an NHL game. Lucky for us we got another 2 points because sometimes we play great and we lose. Ill take it.

On the Richards trade in particular it happened to be great timing. He wasn't even close to the player he was here after he left and out of the league within a few years.

I was just thinking about it last night the King's did well because they won a cup but the Flyers killed it in the long run. BJ's didn't do too great...
